Do you have an operations office at Warsaw Chopin Airport?
Yes, our operations office is located within the LS Cargo Park logistics complex, directly adjacent to Warsaw Chopin Airport.
This location allows us to coordinate handling operations in real time, respond quickly in urgent situations, and maintain direct contact with transport drivers, other handling agents, and airport services.
What are the opening hours of the operations office?
The operations office is open Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
Outside these hours, services are available upon prior request and confirmation.

What types of shipments are handled at the FERIER Cargo Terminal?
FERIER Cargo Terminal handles general cargo and dangerous goods (DGR) shipments, with some class-based exceptions.
What types of shipments are excluded from handling at FERIER Cargo Terminal?
We do not handle Class 7 dangerous goods (radioactive materials). Shipments classified under Classes 1, 4, 5, 6, and 8 are subject to additional verification before acceptance. We also do not handle shipments requiring temperature-controlled transport.
Does FERIER Cargo offer customs clearance services?
Yes. We operate an Approved Customs Clearance site and a Temporary Storage Facility, allowing for efficient import and export customs procedures – either under our coordination or in cooperation with our clients’ customs agencies.
Can I use my own customs agency at FERIER Cargo?
Yes. Clients are welcome to use our infrastructure to carry out customs clearance with their own customs brokers.
Do you offer warehousing and logistics services for non-air shipments?
Yes, we also provide warehousing and logistics services for shipments transported by road, rail, and sea.
10. Do you offer air cargo security screening services?
Yes. As a certified Regulated Agent, we provide security screening (screening) for outbound air cargo shipments.
