We adjust our working hours to meet our clients’ operational needs—please contact us to arrange deliveries outside of standard hours.

Yes, deliveries on weekends and public holidays are possible by prior arrangement.

Yes, our operations office is located within the LS Cargo Park logistics complex, directly adjacent to Warsaw Chopin Airport.
This location allows us to coordinate handling operations in real time, respond quickly in urgent situations, and maintain direct contact with transport drivers, other handling agents, and airport services.

The operations office is open Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
Outside these hours, services are available upon prior request and confirmation.

FERIER Cargo Terminal handles general cargo and dangerous goods (DGR) shipments, with some class-based exceptions.

We do not handle Class 7 dangerous goods (radioactive materials). Shipments classified under Classes 1, 4, 5, 6, and 8 are subject to additional verification before acceptance. We also do not handle shipments requiring temperature-controlled transport.

Yes. We operate an Approved Customs Clearance site and a Temporary Storage Facility, allowing for efficient import and export customs procedures – either under our coordination or in cooperation with our clients’ customs agencies.

Yes. Clients are welcome to use our infrastructure to carry out customs clearance with their own customs brokers.

Yes, we also provide warehousing and logistics services for shipments transported by road, rail, and sea.

Yes. As a certified Regulated Agent, we provide security screening (screening) for outbound air cargo shipments.
