Newsletter Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

1.1 These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the newsletter maintained by Ferier Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-822), 23 Poleczki St. (hereinafter: “Administrator”), which enables subscribers to receive marketing information, offers and news regarding the Administrator’s activities.

2. Subscription to Newsletter

2.1 Newsletter subscribers may become persons who voluntarily subscribe to it through the form available on the website www.feriercargo.en or otherwise agree to receive it in writing.
2.2 To subscribe to the newsletter, the user must provide his/her e-mail address and other data required by the subscription form.
2.3 The subscriber agrees to the processing of his/her personal data by the Administrator for the purpose of sending the newsletter, including marketing offers, information about the Administrator’s activities, promotions and other services offered by the Administrator.
2.4 Data may be transferred to entities processing them on behalf of the Administrator, such as mailing, IT and analytical service providers.

3. Personal data

3.1 The Administrator of the Subscribers’ personal data is Ferier Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-822), 23 Poleczki Street.
3.2 The basis for the processing of personal data is the Subscriber’s consent to receive the newsletter.
3.3 The Administrator shall process Subscribers’ personal data solely for the purpose of sending the newsletter and for marketing purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the RODO.
3.4 The Subscriber has the right to access his/her data, to correct, delete and request restriction of processing.
3.5 The Subscriber has the right at any time to object to the processing of his/her personal data for marketing purposes. Upon receipt of such objection, the processing of data for such purposes will be discontinued.

4. Content of the newsletter

4.1 The newsletter shall contain marketing information and other content related to the Administrator’s activities.
4.2 The Administrator reserves the right to change the content of the newsletter, including the frequency of sending and the format of messages sent.

5. Consent for processing of personal data

5.1 By subscribing to the newsletter, the Subscriber consents to the processing of his/her personal data (including name and e-mail address) by the Administrator for the purpose of sending the newsletter and for other marketing purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
5.2 Consent is voluntary, but necessary for the newsletter mailing.

6. Unsubscribe

6.1 The Subscriber may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link located in the footer of each email sent within the newsletter.
6.2 After unsubscribing from the newsletter, the Subscriber’s data will be deleted from the list of subscribers. The Administrator may keep the Subscriber’s data for the period necessary to defend against claims related to the newsletter mailing.

7. Minimum technical requirements

7.1 In order to use the newsletter, the Subscriber must have a device with Internet access (computer, laptop, tablet, mobile phone), an active e-mail address and access to an up-to-date web browser (Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Google Chrome, Safari).

8.1 The Website uses cookies to ensure the proper operation of the newsletter and to analyze the activity of Subscribers.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1 The Administrator reserves the right to amend these regulations. Any changes will be published on the website and Subscribers will be informed of their implementation.
